Symantec Partner Engage
Symantec is the global leader in information security. A publicly traded company, it offers a range of software, appliances and services designed to help individuals, small and mid-sized businesses and large enterprises secure and manage their IT infrastructures.
- Symantec needed to nurture relationships with its channel partners, including distributors, retailers and value-added resellers (VARS). Following a large merger with Veritas it was imperative to bring these parties together with Symantec’s thought leaders in one event setting.
- Symantec’s event intended to present, persuade and inspire in person – and it needed a brand identity that would communicate all of these goals.
- The event specifically addressing the new merger, was branded with a compelling concept, “Partner Engage – The Power of Convergence.” Positive and powerful imagery was used to invite top Symantec executives, Veritas representatives and channel partners to emphasize the growth of capabilities and new business opportunities on the horizon.
- YRG developed arresting collateral to support the concept: event registration website, print invitations, e-invitations, PowerPoint presentation template, event signage, stationery, and name badges.
- Symantec was gratified by the full advance bookings for Partner Engage.
- Partner Engage received positive anecdotal feedback from attendees about their experience and their subsequent perception of Symantec.
- The event was such a success that it has continued in subsequent years.
